This decaf Ethiopian is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process. Ethiopian beans have a fragrant aroma with hints of citrus and floral undertones. The slight fruity taste of this coffee is well served with its resulting moderate acidity and light body. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
