This decaf Guatemalan is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process. From the volcanic southern regions of Guatemala, this coffee has a spicy flavor with a fair amount of acidity, and is quite strong in flavor. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
