This decaf Kenyan is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process. This is a highgrown coffee and is an excellent bean. This decaf Kenya coffee has a sharp, winey taste with a full fruity undertone. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
