Each order is for 1 full pound of fresh roasted coffee beans.
This excellent Indonesian coffee comes from the island of Java. Java produces very distinct coffees, including this Blawan Estate bean. This bean is low in acidity with a medium-heavy body and slightly sweet flavor notes. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean. We use this bean as a component of our Mocha Java blend.
Our Single Origin Beans are just that, beans from a specific origin roasted just right to bring out the unique taste that is known for that particular origin bean. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
