This decaf Mexican uses the Swiss Water Process (SWP) for bean decaffeination. The Swiss Water Process is a 100% natural alternative to the Methylene Chloride process that has become the industry standard. Organically grown in Mexico, this bean has a moderate body and acidity with nutty undertones. We roast this bean to the City Roast level (medium light) to bring out the complex origin flavors of this great coffee bean.
